An Exhibition about Food
Eating, defined by our culture, is such an essential part of our daily life, however, do we really know about the food we eat? As Taiwanese, we pride ourselves for knowing how to eat and what to eat, but in reality little do we know what goes into our food, where does the food come from, what are the issues affecting our food or what our food will be like in the future?
The exhibition explores the relationship between food and us. Through interactive installation and a series of works done by many international designers and artists, the show aims to make people think whether the way we eat is tasty, healthy and sustainable? And what are the problems and consequences we will face if we keep the way we eat?
